Recruiting, training, scheduling, motivating and supervising volunteers to assist us in the pursuit of our Mission and Vision.
Qualifications: Ability to recruit, inspire and organize volunteers; excellent interpersonal skills
Responsible for overseeing the organization's outreach to "working poor" and "distressed" families
Responsibilities include: triage of referral families to determine which gift or program would best meet the family's needs; submission of family referrals and recommendations to the Referral Committee, interacting with referral families and referral sources, coordinating the distribution of gifts and funds, maintaining a database of distributed gifts and funds, promoting favorable public relations, working with local community/organization partners to reach more families and to grow support for CML.
Qualifications: Compassionate, detailed-oriented, excellent interpersonal skills, must possess the ability to work independently, effectively manage volunteers, tasks and deadlines, and be a strong contributor in a team environment
Work with Marketing Chair and Board to develop fundraising/marketing plans.
Responsibilities include: oversight of marketing/fundraising strategies, maintaining donor database, drafting and generating mailings and emails, coordinating online marketing/fundraising campaigns, fundraising, developing contacts, managing staff
